Our standard lead time on digital printing is 7days. These lead times are counted from receipt of approved orders through to dispatch of the printed product.

While the vast majority of our items are held in stock here in Croatia, some may be imported from other countries and will have a considerably longer lead time. Just ask us for the details.
As well as our standard lead times, we also offer even faster express services, including our incredible 24-hour dispatch on selected lines. 
Here are some general guidelines:

24-Hour Express

• The order with correct artwork must be received by 10am
• Paper proof to be approved by 12pm
• We dispatch by the end of the next working day
• For orders signed-off after these times, the lead time will start from the next working day

48-Hour Express

• The order with correct artwork must be received by 10am
• Paper proof to be approved by 12pm
• We dispatch within 2 working days of the approved order
• For orders signed-off after these times, the lead time will start from the next working day

3-Day Express

• Lead time starts from when we receive your signed approval on the order acknowledgement and artwork sheet
• 3-day lead time refers to dispatch of order within 3 working days

7-Days Regular

• The order with correct artwork must be received by 10am
• Paper proof to be approved by 12pm
• We dispatch within 7 working days of the approved order
• For orders signed-off after these times, the lead time will start from the next working day

3-Weeks

• The order with correct artwork must be received by 10am
• Paper proof to be approved by 12pm
• We dispatch within 3 weeks of the approved order
• For orders signed-off after these times, the lead time will start from the next working day
